Technical Recruiter

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our in-house Human Resources team. The successful candidate will have full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing and attracting candidates as well as interviewing and hiring. The candidate should be skilled in  identifying talent through a variety of sources including sourcing of passive candidates  (via social media and other sources), employee referrals, and other creative talent pipeline-building resources.

This is a full-time, permanent, salaried position located in the Financial District of New York City. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate pipeline of potential candidates for each assigned technical position and requisition type.

  • Build and maintain a network and database of potential candidates through on-going relationship management.

  • Partner with Hiring Managers in the candidate identification and hiring process to ensure an understanding of job responsibilities and required/desired skills for open positions.

  • Review resumes and credentials for relevance of skills and knowledge in relation to position requirements.

  • Screen and interview candidates to identify high-quality talents who are a good fit for the role.

  • Proactively drive process improvements and enhancement of recruiting services and operations.

  • Manage and maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Gather post-interview feedback from the interview team and provide constructive feedback to candidates as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, ideally in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) space.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Adept with recruiting tools and programs

  • Experience working with multiple hiring partners and teams.

  • Proven experience in successfully serving internal client base

  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and good judgment.

  • Strong problem-solving intuition and able to work independently with minimal guidance.

  • Strong attention to detail and operational excellence.
