We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our in-house Human Resources team. The successful candidate will have full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing and attracting candidates as well as interviewing and hiring. The candidate should be skilled in identifying talent through a variety of sources including sourcing of passive candidates (via social media and other sources), employee referrals, and other creative talent pipeline-building resources.
This is a full-time, permanent, salaried position located in the Financial District of New York City.
Cultivate pipeline of potential candidates for each assigned technical position and requisition type.
Build and maintain a network and database of potential candidates through on-going relationship management.
Partner with Hiring Managers in the candidate identification and hiring process to ensure an understanding of job responsibilities and required/desired skills for open positions.
Review resumes and credentials for relevance of skills and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
Screen and interview candidates to identify high-quality talents who are a good fit for the role.
Proactively drive process improvements and enhancement of recruiting services and operations.
Manage and maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Gather post-interview feedback from the interview team and provide constructive feedback to candidates as needed.
2-5 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, ideally in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) space.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Adept with recruiting tools and programs
Experience working with multiple hiring partners and teams.
Proven experience in successfully serving internal client base
Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and good judgment.
Strong problem-solving intuition and able to work independently with minimal guidance.
Strong attention to detail and operational excellence.
