About the Role: EnTech is hiring a “Senior Manager, Business Process and Operational Excellence” to optimize operations, drive continuous improvement, and lead organizational change. This role focuses on identifying inefficiencies, improving workflows, and fostering a culture of operational excellence.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Discovery & Stakeholder Engagement: Engage departments through interviews to gain a deep understanding of current processes, uncover key pain points, and identify best practices. Reveal cross-functional challenges and hidden friction points and build early buy-in and trust across departments.
- Process Mapping & Analysis: Identify, document, and evaluate existing workflows. Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and systemic gaps. Conduct gap analyses between current- and future-state processes to target improvement opportunities.
- Process Optimization & Redesign: Design more efficient workflows that identify improvement opportunities and reflect holistic company needs, defining the future state before initiative planning to establish clear goals and secure stakeholder buy-in for effective execution.
- Initiative Planning & Execution: Develop initiative roadmaps with clear objectives, timelines, deliverables, forming and leading cross-functional teams to execute process improvements. Ensure alignment and transparency through regular check-ins, progress updates, and review meetings with initiative teams and stakeholders.
- Change Management: Partner with stakeholders to manage the people's side of change by building trust through active listening and transparent communication.
- SOP & Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain user-friendly, up-to-date SOP templates that promote consistency and wide adoption across teams. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure all SOPs are accurate, clear, and aligned with operational needs.
- Continuous Improvement & Leadership: Lead continuous improvement projects from concept to completion, evaluating and prioritizing ideas while monitoring adoption and effectiveness. Oversee company-wide data strategy to ensure seamless data flow and prevent valuable information from being overlooked. Serve as a go-to resource for performance support, promote a culture of improvement and drive change through feedback and grassroots initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business process improvement, operations, or organizational development
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- Successful experience leading projects across different teams and delivering measurable results
- Proven experience in small-to-mid sized companies is required; large company experience is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree
- Prosci Change Management Certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Familiarity with workflow tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio, Miro).

Estimated Annual Compensation:
$90,000 - $130,000/year
