About the Role
In this position you will be at the center of the VDC Department's project pipeline. You will support the process of identifying and proposing work as well as managing the flow of data and information for projects as they start through to completion. you will help VDC grow their marketing and Business Development capabilities as well as their project management data pipeline. you will report directly to the department vice president and be his sounding board for strategic business decisions.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Proposal Management: Evaluate RFPs/RFQs, draft and finalize proposals, develop templates, and provide feedback on AI/ML tools.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the proposal-project pipeline database and CRM system.
  • Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Support client communications and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Marketing and Outreach: Collaborate on marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Budgeting and Estimation: Assist with fee estimation for proposals.

Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with digital AEC tools and processes - e.g. BIM, CAD, laser scanning, data, asset management.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (Google Workspace preferred).
  • Knowledge of PowerBI, Airtable, or similar analytics tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with customer resource planning (CRM) like Salesforce and Unanet.
  • Understanding of marketing campaigns and client outreach strategies.
  • Strong English writing and editing skills.
  • Assist the department Vice President in strategy and planning.


Estimated Annual Compensation:
$60,000 - $80,000
