Senior Project Manager

About the Role:
EnTech is seeking a "Senior Project Manager" to join our team in New York. The ideal candidate will have about 5 years of experience managing or supporting multiple projects, with the ability to track project details, coordinate with stakeholders, support planning and technical review, and help communicate project information and agency positions across several initiatives in NYC.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Track and coordinate projects, including design details and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project status, key milestones and flag upcoming decisions.
  • Support planning and technical review of projects in NYC boroughs, including basic cost estimates and concept drawings.
  • Prepare simple project materials such as PowerPoint presentations, maps, graphics, and short written summaries.
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, and planners as needed for project tasks.
  • Work with different teams and organizations to keep projects moving forward.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field with 8+ years of experience or advanced degree and 5 years of experience.
  • At least 5 years' experience of project management experience, delivering projects on time and within budget, preferably in A/E/C, or related fields.
  • Experience managing major construction projects and coordinating contractors, sub contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, problem solving, and teamwork.
  • Proficient computer skills (Windows environment, Microsoft Office, Primavera) and strong business administrative skills (presentations, report and letter writing, time management)

Estimated Annual Compensation:
$175,000 - $200,000
