About the Role
EnTech is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager – Long Island to support and drive the growth of our Long Island design and construction management practice. This role will work closely with the Long Island Practice Lead, Construction Management, and Design leads, and will play a key role in business development, marketing strategy, and proposal execution across the Long Island region.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, detail-oriented marketing professional with deep experience in the AEC industry, public-sector clients, and alternative delivery pursuits. This individual will take the lead on RFQs, RFPs, and presentations, while collaborating with technical and executive leadership to position EnTech for continued success.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the Key Account Management (KAM) process for designated Long Island clients, including tracking client engagement, supporting account planning efforts, and collaborating with senior leadership to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities
- Lead and manage marketing and proposal efforts for Long Island pursuits, including RFQs, RFPs, qualifications, interviews, and award submissions
- Serve as the primary proposal manager for complex pursuits, including design-build, CM-at-Risk, CM-Build, and progressive design-build projects
- Collaborate closely with the Long Island Practice Lead and technical leadership to develop pursuit strategies, win themes, and messaging
- Coordinate teaming outreach and proposal development as both prime consultant and subconsultant
- Support broader business development initiatives, including market research, client tracking, and strategic planning for target agencies
- Assist with marketing activities such as awards submissions, conference participation, presentations, and industry events
- Maintain consistency with EnTech brand standards and continuously improve proposal quality, graphics, and written content
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of marketing and proposal experience in the AEC or professional services industry
- Demonstrated experience working with public-sector clients on Long Island such as NCDPW, SCDPW, SCWA, SUNY and similar agencies
- Strong understanding of the Long Island Region design and construction market
- Proven experience marketing a broad range of services, including structural engineering, MEP engineering, construction management, environmental services, and digital delivery
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, with working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator

Estimated Annual Compensation
$110,000-$140,000
