About the Role:
EnTech is hiring a full-time Cost Estimator to support development initiatives for real estate projects across New York State. This role helps evaluate project feasibility, analyze construction costs and support decision-making throughout the development process.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide detailed cost estimates and projections for site work, utility enhancements and building construction
- Generate cost and revenue estimates for budgeting and project management
- Evaluate cost data and benchmark against comparable developments
- Collaborate with stakeholders for cost estimates for construction
- Review submitted cost estimates and projections from developers
- Analyze the construction cost estimates and impacts for potential developments across New York State/City
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture or related field, preferred
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and costs of construction
- Knowledge in civil engineering systems operations
- Experience managing design and construction work, preferred
- Experience with financial analysis, preferred
- Excellent communication skills
Estimated Annual Compensation:
$156,000 - $197,000
