About the Role:
EnTech is hiring an
IT Systems & Security Analyst to play a key role in maintaining EnTech’s enterprise systems’ stability, security, and compliance. This position bridges Helpdesk and Infrastructure by managing complex technical issues, performing system security audits, and developing automation for identity, access, and compliance processes. The analyst works hands-on across multiple platforms — including JumpCloud, Egnyte, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365 — ensuring our IT environment remains secure, efficient, and well-documented.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Helpdesk Support
- Respond to and resolve Tier 2–3 helpdesk tickets escalated by the Helpdesk Specialist.
- Diagnose and resolve complex user, access, and system issues across enterprise platforms.
- Collaborate with the Senior Systems Engineer to troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues.
- Document and communicate resolutions for recurring issues to streamline future support efforts.
Security & Audit Management
- Conduct periodic system and access audits for Egnyte, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and JumpCloud.
- Monitor system logs, alerts, and reports for unauthorized access or unusual activity.
- Maintain comprehensive audit documentation to meet internal and external compliance requirements.
- Support incident response efforts and coordinate remediation steps with leadership.
- Enforce access control policies and perform periodic permission reviews.
Automation & Scripting
- Develop and maintain scripts (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) to automate user lifecycle management, log analysis, and compliance reporting.
- Implement automation for onboarding/offboarding, account provisioning, and routine maintenance tasks.
- Leverage API integrations (e.g., JumpCloud, Google Admin SDK) to enhance efficiency and consistency.
Governance & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of system configurations, access controls, and audit logs.
- Document IT processes for access control, escalation, and automation workflows.
- Contribute to the internal cybersecurity knowledge base and compliance readiness efforts.
- Provide documentation and reports for internal and third-party audit requests.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work
- Partner with the Senior Systems Engineer to ensure secure and stable infrastructure operations.
- Coordinate with HR, Operations, and leadership to align IT systems with organizational policies and compliance standards.
- Act as a bridge between Helpdesk and Infrastructure to ensure incidents and changes are executed securely and meticulously documented.
- Support ongoing cybersecurity initiatives led by the Director of IT & Cybersecurity.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or IT security
- Hands-on experience with JumpCloud or similar identify management systems
- Proficiency in audit controls, access governance, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and analytical skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Microsoft, or similar) a plus.
- Experience with API-based automation tools preferred.

$104,000 - $114,000
