Senior Proposal Coordinator

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Leading coordination and hands-on production for marketing and proposal-related efforts for all stages of pursuits (qualifications, RFQs, RFPs and presentations, award submittals, as necessary)
- Managing day-to-day development of proposals submitted as a prime and subconsultants, including teaming outreach
- Supporting marketing initiatives through direct involvement in awards submissions, presentations, and other related efforts
- Coordination and creation of content for staff and project qualifications
- Contributing to business development with research, coordination and registration for networking events, award ceremonies, and conferences
- At least 3 years in a marketing or proposal coordinator role with 5 years of experience in marketing in AEC, professional services, or a related industry preferred
- Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills, with an eye for the little details
- Proficiency with InDesign and a working knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite programs including Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple deadlines with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication, organizational and collaborative skills
- Ability to work efficiently, manage and meet deadlines
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy, including editing and typography
- Creativity and the ability to conceptualize graphic solutions
