About the Role: EnTech is seeking a full-time
"Assistant Construction Manager" to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines/budgetary constraints;
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of project details, including architectural/structural/construction/mechanical drawings, to ensure compliance with construction standards/contractual obligations;
- Plan/oversee project budgets, track inventory & prepare detailed reports on job status, including workflow charts & biweekly/monthly updates;
- Generate shop/as-built drawings to accurately reflect project specifications and changes throughout the construction process;
- Identify/mitigate project risks, ensuring construction activities compliance with building codes/safety regulations;
- Provide guidance/training to construction workers/subcontractors, fostering a culture of safety/accountability.
- Procure & manage tools/materials/equipment necessary for project execution.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architectural Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working on construction projects
- In-depth knowledge of construction management & architectural/structural/mechanical design
- Skilled in creating shop/as built drawings & conducting cost estimation
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Primavera (construction management software) & AutoCAD (design software)
Salary: $101,878/year
