About the Role: 
EnTech seeks a Full-time  “Project Engineer” for the New York State Office of General Services (NYSOGS).

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Handle background checks and access approvals for contractors.
• Maintain communication with contractors and facility staff.
• Organize project meetings, agendas, minutes, and online meetings.
• Handle administrative tasks, including RFPs, office supplies, and security staffing.
• Manage and share schedules for various tasks and personnel.
• Oversee background checks and access approvals for site access.
• Maintain communication with contractors and facility contacts.
• Manage access approvals, gate passes, and other necessary documentation.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, agendas, minutes, and related tasks.
• Handle various administrative tasks, including deliveries and general support.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience working on both larger and smaller projects valued above $1 million.
• RFI tracking, contract document review, payment review and preparation. 
• Knowledge of cost scheduling and change order review.
• A basic understanding of scheduling techniques.
• Proficient in basic computer skills utilizing Windows/Outlook/Word/Excel and scheduling applications.

Estimated Annual Compensation:
$74,880 - $97,760
