Resident Engineer

About the Role:

EnTech is looking for a Full-Time “Resident Engineer”. EnTech’s project will improve the pedestrian experience, increase seating and respite opportunities with new benches, increase permeability with porous pavers, expanded tree pits and planting beds, and create a unified sense of place and neighborhood cohesion. Existing trash receptacles and bike racks will be removed and reinstalled, as needed. The preferred candidate will have experience with concrete work. 


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Daily site inspection and supervision
  • Review, record, and track all submittals
  • Monitoring Contract Cost and Schedule
  • Prepare all necessary reports including daily, weekly, and project progress reports
  • Manage and Document all meetings on site including site meetings and coordination meetings


Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Engineering.
  • The candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years experience in construction management.
  • Must be able to work at during the day or at night.
  • Experience with concrete work.
  • A positive attitude and good work ethic.
  • Excellent communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in NY State


Estimated Annual Compensation:
$120,000-$160,000
