Project Engineer

Required Qualifications:
Salary: $90,500- 102,000/ year

Responsibilities:
- Oversee construction projects & perform QA/safety inspections to ensure compliance with engineering/construction standards & adherence to design/contract specifications under the supervision of PE;
- Supervise installation/testing/maintenance of electrical/electronic equipment & systems according to IEEE standards/codes/contract specifications/drawings;
- Design, configure & implement engineering solutions to improve electrical/control systems operation;
- Test, calibrate & commission relays/generators/switchgear/AC &DC/panels & motors/PIDs/PACs/DCS in substation;
- Conduct PLC programming, test/maintain SCADA systems to monitor/analyze system devices;
- Conduct field assessment/data analysis & project management of electrical and control systems;
- Evaluate technical project documents/proposals & prepare project cost estimates/submittals/reports.
Required Qualifications:
- MS in Electrical/Electronic/Automation & Controls Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 2-year electrical engineering experience working on infrastructural projects
- Sound knowledge of engineering technical proposals/documents/drawings/contract specifications
- Expertise in designing/implementing engineering solutions &analyzing/troubleshooting/resolving complex engineering issues
- Familiarity with IEEE standards/Codes
- Proficient in MATLAB/Simulink/FactoryTalk View
