Project Controls Senior Scheduler

About the Role: 


EnTech seeks a full-time “Project Controls Senior Scheduler" to lead in using scheduling tools and best practices independently. The candidate will manage multiple scheduling projects and report project status, analyze schedules, and track changes in key risk areas and milestones to reduce risks to the client.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Leads efforts to develop and maintain sustainable enterprise level scheduling processes, procedures, and reports.
  • Independently creates complex scheduling models and manages a scheduling data warehouse.
  • Leads client presentations and coordinates project controls.
  • Provides schedule support for claims analysis (e.g.,sc using contractor claims, delay cost estimates, time impacts, etc.).
  • Analyzes contract documents/construction documents (plans and specifications) to translate scope of work, milestones, contract time, and/or construction phasing and sequencing into the schedule and develops strategies to protect the client.
  • Plans, collaborates, develops WBS, estimates durations, and identifies interdependencies. 
  • Conducts schedule analysis and creates "what-if" scenarios to mitigate delays, evaluates impact, updates forecasts.
  • Conducts risk analysis workshops.
  • Reviews contractor schedule submittals.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience with scheduling for building construction and transportation projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Business and 10 years relevant experience.
  • Proficient in the use of Primavera P6 Scheduling Software.


Estimated Annual Compensation:
$140,000- $160,000
